Glad you at least got the duck that you ordered. Could have been worse. Any trouble eating it all?
Try the incredible spicey crayfish at the beer houses. It is a bit off the path, but your hotel should be able to tell you where a beer house is. It is worth the experience. Make the most of the heat of China. Be good.

Yum! Post more pics of the duck! Can you tell I'm hungry right now? Thought it was interesting that the waiter? was wearing a mask while he was cutting your duck. Do you think that is a carryover from the whole SARS outbreak from years past?
